How to Request a Proof of Service Document
At GoodCharlie, we understand that sometimes you may need a proof of service document for your records. That's why we've made it easier than ever to request and download this important document. In this article, we'll walk you through the simple steps to request a proof of service document through your GoodCharlie MyAccount.
Step 1: Login to Your GoodCharlie MyAccount
The first step to requesting a proof of service document is to login to your GoodCharlie MyAccount. If you don't have an account yet, you can easily create one by clicking on the "Create MyAccount" button in your Welcome Email. Once you're logged in, you'll have access to all of your account information and important documents.
Step 2: Navigate to Your Profile
Once you're logged in, navigate to your profile by clicking on the "Profile" tab in the top right menu bar. This will take you to your account profile where you can view and update your personal information.
Step 3: Scroll Down to the "Important Documents" Section
On your profile page, scroll down until you see the "Important Documents" section. This is where you can access and download all of your important documents, including your proof of service document.
Step 4: Select "Proof of Service"
In the "Important Documents" section, you'll see a list of all the documents available for download. Look for the "Proof of Service" option and click on it to request your document.
Step 5: Download Your Document
Once you've selected "Proof of Service", your document will automatically download to your computer. You can then save it to your desired location for easy access.
