What payment methods can I use to pay my GoodCharlie Energy bill?

Accepted Payment Methods

At GoodCharlie, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to purchase our products and services. That's why we accept a variety of payment methods to suit your needs.

Cash Payments

You can pay your monthly bill in cash at any participating MoneyGram location by following these simple steps.

Step 1: Find a MoneyGram Location

Step 2: Provide Your Payment Details

At the MoneyGram location, you will need to provide:

  • Receive Code: 21873
    ​or

  • Biller Name: GoodCharlie

  • Your GoodCharlie Account Number

  • Payment Amount ($)

Step 3: Complete Your Cash Payment

  • Pay the amount in cash at the MoneyGram location.

  • Be sure to save your receipt for your records.

Step 4: Payment Processing Timeline

  • Payments typically take 24–48 business hours to fully post to your account.

Please note that MoneyGram locations may charge a small processing fee. Fee amounts can vary depending on the location.

Credit and Debit Cards

If you prefer to pay with a credit or debit card, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Simply enter your card information in your MyAccount when paying your bill and your payment will be processed securely.

E-Check

In addition to credit and debit cards, we also accept e-check payments. This is a convenient option for those who prefer to pay directly from their bank account. To use this method, simply provide your bank account and routing number when paying your bill in your GoodCharlie MyAccount.

PayPal & PayPal Credit

If you prefer to pay with PayPal, we accept both PayPal and PayPal Credit. Simply select PayPal at checkout, log in to your MyAccount, and complete your payment. If you're using PayPal Credit, you can choose to pay with the available credit after logging into your PayPal account.

Google Pay

We also accept Google Pay for a fast and secure payment option. At checkout, simply select the Google Pay button, and follow the prompts to complete your payment using your linked Google account.

Venmo

For those who prefer to use Venmo, we accept it as a payment option. When making a one-time payment on your phone, simply choose Venmo, and you’ll be redirected to the app to authorize and complete your payment.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay is accepted for quick and secure payments. This option can only be used on an iPhone or Apple device. When making a one-time payment, select Apple Pay, and use your device to authenticate and finish your purchase.
