This will NOT transfer automatically. If you are on Autopay with OnPoint Energy, you will need to set up Autopay separately with GoodCharlie (after your GoodCharlie account has been created and you have received your account number*). Once your GoodCharlie account is established, you may go online to myaccount.goodcharlie.com or call GoodCharlie at 1-800-205- 5230 to have Autopay added to your new account.
