OnPoint Energy accounts will transfer to GoodCharlie on February 1, 2024. If you have an email address on file, you will receive a notification when your electricity service begins with GoodCharlie. If you do not have an email address on file, you will receive your first bill by mail within 45 days after the account transitions.
