If you are not currently enrolled in Autopay, the transition will be seamless, and no action is required. If you have an automatic payment set up with OnPoint Energy and you want to continue with Autopay, you will need to re-enroll for autopay at myaccount.goodcharlie.com once you receive your new account number and your account has transitioned. To ensure the security of your Autopay information, it will not automatically transfer.
