How Online Bill Pay Works

Online bill pay is a convenient and secure way to pay your bills without having to write and mail a check. It works by deducting a payment from your bank account balance and transferring it to your service provider. This can save you time and hassle, as well as help you avoid late fees.

Most bill pay transactions are executed as electronic transfers, which means the payment is sent directly from your bank account to the recipient's account. However, some payment recipients, including GoodCharlie, do not have accounts that enable them to receive electronic payments from individual payers. In these cases, the payment is sent as a paper check.

If you are paying a bill to GoodCharlie, your payment will be sent to a secure PO Box. This means that your financial institution will process a paper check and mail it to GoodCharlie. While this process is still secure, it can take longer for the payment to reach us compared to an electronic transfer. It's important to keep this in mind when scheduling your online bill payments to avoid a late payment fee on your next electric bill.

To ensure that your payment is processed correctly, please make check or money orders payable to Good Charlie & Co., LLC, and remit payment by mail to the following address:

Good Charlie & Co., LLC
P.O. Box 736450
Dallas, TX 75373-6450

By following these steps, you can easily and securely pay your bills online and avoid any potential delays or fees. If you have any further questions or concerns about online bill pay, please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance.
