Try clearing your browser cache and cookies to solve this problem.

If you are using Google Chrome, select Settings.

Find the Privacy and Security section and click on Clear browsing data.

Clear browsing data on Google Chrome

On the Clear browsing data window, click Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data and use the drop-down menu to select the time frame.

Clear browsing data on Google Chrome.

Click Clear data and restart Google Chrome to finish the process.
