Are you tired of constantly checking your usage and bill to make sure you don't exceed your limit? With GoodCharlie's MyAccount, you can easily set up alerts to notify you when you're getting close to your limit. Follow these simple steps to set up your usage alerts today.

Login to Your GoodCharlie MyAccount

The first step to setting up usage alerts is to login to your GoodCharlie MyAccount. If you don't have an account yet, you can easily create one by clicking the "Create MyAccount" button in your welcome email. Once you're logged in, you'll have access to all of your account information and settings.

Navigate to the Usage Section

Once you're logged in, navigate to the usage section of your MyAccount. This is where you can view your current usage and bill information. You'll also find the option to set up usage alerts here.

Set an Alert When Your Usage or Bill Exceeds a Certain Amount

You'll see a section in the usage section that says "Alerts". Click the "Usage alert" or "Bill alert" buttons to set up your alerts. You'll be prompted to enter the amount at which you want to receive an alert. This can be a specific data usage amount or a dollar amount for your bill. Once you've entered your desired amount, click "Save" to confirm your alert settings.

Now, whenever your usage or bill exceeds the amount you set, you'll receive an alert via email or text message (depending on your preferred notification method). This will help you stay on top of your usage and avoid any unexpected charges.

It's important to note that you can change or remove your usage alerts at any time by going back to the usage section of your MyAccount.

With usage alerts in place, you can have peace of mind knowing that you'll be notified before you exceed your limit. So why wait? Login to your GoodCharlie MyAccount and set up your usage alerts today!
