How to Cancel Your GoodCharlie Electric Services

We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to cancel your GoodCharlie energy services. However, it's important to note that by canceling your services, you will also lose access to all of your Pet Perks. This includes 24/7 Video Vet services, access to the $750 Emergency Fund, and Roundup for Rescues, which benefits the rescue of your choice.

If you still wish to proceed with canceling your electric services, please follow the steps below.

Contact a Care Representative

To cancel your electric service, you will need to speak with a Care Representative. They can be reached at 1-800-205-5230. Our representatives are available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

When speaking with a Care Representative, please have your account information ready. This will help expedite the cancellation process.

Early Termination Fees

Please note that there may be early termination fees associated with canceling your electric service. These fees vary depending on your specific plan and contract. Our Care Representatives will be able to provide you with more information regarding any fees that may apply to your account.
