I received a renewal notice from OnPoint Energy. What do I do?

If it is before your transition date of February 1, 2024, please contact OnPoint Energy at 833-667-6468 and you will be able to renew your contract. Your new plan will transfer with your account to GoodCharlie. If the transition to GoodCharlie has been initiated, and it is after February 1, 2024, please call GoodCharlie at 1-800-205-5230 and our Customer Care Team can help you select a new plan.
