To enable camera and microphone access, follow these steps:
For Google Chrome:
Open Google Chrome.
Login to your GoodCharlie MyAccount, myaccount.goodcharlie.com.
Click on the icon next to the website's URL in the address bar.
In the dropdown menu that appears, click "Site settings".
In the Permissions section, locate "Camera" and "Microphone."
Choose "Allow" from the dropdown menu for both camera and microphone.
Refresh the page if necessary.
For Mozilla Firefox:
Open Mozilla Firefox.
Login to your GoodCharlie MyAccount, myaccount.goodcharlie.com.
Click on the padlock icon in the address bar to the left of the URL.
