Enabling camera and microphone access for your GoodCharlie MyAccount is essential for using the 24/7 Video Vet service. This access allows you to engage in video calls, record video messages, and use other interactive features.

To enable camera and microphone access, follow these steps:

For Google Chrome:

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. Login to your GoodCharlie MyAccount, myaccount.goodcharlie.com.

  3. Click on the icon next to the website's URL in the address bar.

  4. In the dropdown menu that appears, click "Site settings".

  5. In the Permissions section, locate "Camera" and "Microphone."

  6. Choose "Allow" from the dropdown menu for both camera and microphone.

  7. Refresh the page if necessary.

For Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox.

  2. Login to your GoodCharlie MyAccount, myaccount.goodcharlie.com.

  3. Click on the padlock icon in the address bar to the left of the URL.

  4. In the dropdown menu, click "More information."

  5. Click on "Permissions" and locate "Camera" and "Microphone."

  6. Choose "Allow" for both camera and microphone.

  7. Close the popup window.

For Safari:

  1. Open Safari.

  2. Login to your GoodCharlie MyAccount, myaccount.goodcharlie.com.

  3. Click "Safari" in the top-left menu bar.

  4. Select "Preferences."

  5. Go to the "Websites" tab.

  6. On the left sidebar, click on "Camera" and "Microphone."

  7. Locate the GoodCharlie website and set it to "Allow" for both camera and microphone.

  8. Close the Preferences window.

For Microsoft Edge:

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.

  2. Login to your GoodCharlie MyAccount, myaccount.goodcharlie.com.

  3. Click on the padlock icon to the left of the URL in the address bar.

  4. In the dropdown menu, locate "Camera" and "Microphone."

  5. Select "Allow" for both camera and microphone.

  6. Refresh the page if needed.
