Are you looking to share your photos and videos with a GoodCharlie vet in a chat? With our handy chat feature, sending photos and videos has never been easier.

To send a photo or video in a chat, simply click on the icon located in the lower left-hand corner of the chat box. This will open the camera and give you the option to take a photo or record a video.

Before you take the photo or video, please keep in mind that we recommend videos to be between 10-30 seconds in length. Additionally, please make sure the area is well-lit in order to ensure the best quality video or photo.

Once you’ve taken the photo or video, click the send button and you’re all set. Now everyone in the chat can see your photo or video.
