Can I change to another plan when it's time to renew?

You can renew on any plan that you see available when you log into your MyAccount. This means that even if you are on a 24-month plan, when that plan expires, you can renew with a 12-month plan. If you do not see the plan option you prefer, please call our Care Representatives at 1-800-205-5230, who can assist you with your renewal.
