At GoodCharlie, we pride ourselves on being transparent and upfront on the charges you might expect to see. GoodCharlie charges one low monthly base fee on all accounts. You may also be assessed a disconnection fee if your service is suspended or disconnected, a reconnection fee when your service is reconnected, a late-fee of 5% of past-due balances owed to us, a processing fee to provide a paper copy of a document, credit card payment fees and any fees assessed by the bank for insufficient funds or chargeback. All charges from your TDSP will be passed along to you without markup. Please refer to your Terms of Service for a complete list of all applicable fees for your account.
