No. If you are switching to GoodCharlie we will notify your current provider of the switch through an ERCOT notification.

If you switch your services to GoodCharlie 14 days prior to the end of your contract with your current provider, you may be charged an early termination fee which will be applied to your final bill. Please contact your current provider regarding your early termination fee and when you can expect to receive a final bill.
