No. The fund is restricted to a one-time payout regardless of the amount but up to $750. If after your emergency the final vet bill is less than $750, you will not be credited the remaining balance and no additional funds will be available to you in case of a new emergency during that year. The Emergency Fund will replenish 1 year after it has been used.
