No. In order to access the Emergency Fund, you must be referred to an emergency vet or your primary vet clinic by a GoodCharlie vet through your MyAccount. Unfortunately, your emergency vet bill cannot be covered if you have consulted another vet or have not been referred by a GoodCharlie Virtual Vet.
