The Leash Free Trial gives qualifying customers flexibility during their first 30 days after enrollment. If you decide we're not the right fit during that time, simply give us a call. We'll have a brief conversation about your experience, and if it’s within 30 days of your enrollment date, we'll waive your cancellation fee.
All customers who enroll with GoodCharlie and are approved for service, qualify for the Leash Free Trial. Your 30-day Leash Free Trial begins on the date you enrolled with us – not on your service start date. To be eligible for a cancellation fee waiver, you must contact us and request cancellation on or before the 30th day after your enrollment date. Requests made on or after the 31st day following enrollment are not eligible.
